I got my wife a new camera recently, and was excited to try it out myself. It has a lot of new features that even my more advanced camera does not have (because it is older). I'm not too jealous. My wife needed a good camera. We've just got too much cuteness around the house for me to get all of the pictures myself. :-)
Things I've learned: Live-view on canon DSLR's has a ways to go. In its current form, it is kind of clunky, at best.
